In amongst the seemingly endless supply of first-person shooters lies one of the best cheap games of 2008, BioShock. This succeeds where others fail by being unpredictable and exciting, something sorely lacking in many modern-day games.

As you venture through the game, you must genetically modify your body in order to advance – at this point I should warn the squeamish that some of the abilities you get are quite disgusting. You have been warned!
