It's quite fitting that the world's best golfer lends his name to the world's best golf video game – I am, of course, talking about Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08. Putting aside any extra curricular activity that he's been indulging in recently, it's still a very true statement (he is human as well, you know).

There's everything you'd come to expect with a Tiger Woods title, along with a brand new feature – the EA Sports GamerNet. Here you can post your best moments and challenge other players around the planet to try and beat you. Bring it on!

To get the XBox 360 version for just £2.96 from ShopTo, click here. The same retailer has the PSP release (click here) for £4.46 and the PlayStation 2 version (click here) for £7.82, whilst the Wii release (click here) is £22.51.

There appears to be something of a Comet games clearance running at the moment.

We've already featured some of the titles on offer, but there's some very good new games to add to the list.

LittleBigPlanet £12.99

The PSP version of LittleBigPlanet is the portable counterpart to the PlayStation 3 game of the same name, and is every bit as good as its console cousin – pretty much everything is available in both, right down to the Stephen Fry narration parts.

Sadly the multiplayer feature has not made the transition across, but the creation an sharing of levels is still available. Graphics are very good as well, which helps to make this one of the must-have titles on the handheld system.

If you fancy this game, click here to buy it for £12.99 from HMV.

When the god of discord, Chaos, tries to wrest control of their worlds from the forces of good, a great conflict takes place between the heroes and villains from different Final Fantasy games in the PSP exclusive Dissidia: Final Fantasy.

Fights take place in three dimensions, and, as ever, the aim is to reduce your opponent's HP to zero by using individual special powers to cause maximum damage. Also of interest is the wireless multiplayer mode, where you can fight other players one-on-one across the globe.

To get this for £11.99 from Gameplay, click here. Definitely one of those cheap games Final Fantasy fans won't want to miss out on.

Hot Pixel is a little bit like the WarioWare titles, in that you compete in around 200 micro-games (that only last a few seconds each) before taking on one of ten boss games. As it's been made by Atari, expect all of your old favourites like Space Invaders and Breakout to make an appearance.

Once you've mastered the somewhat difficult single player campaign, why not battle with a friend via the multiplayer mode? There's even a turn-based option which means you'll only need the one copy…

World Snooker Championship 2007 From £4.99

Although it’s somewhat out of date now roster-wise, World Snooker Championship 2007 is still an excellent representation of the sport. 104 of the world’s best players (at the time) are available to choose from to compete in ten official tournaments, including the U.S. Open and Mosconi Cup.

Familiar commentary comes from John Virgo, Steve Davis and John Parrot as well, which helps complete the authentic experience. All you’d need is the odd streaker and someone in the crowd coughing to have as accurate a games as possible!

If you fancy the PSP version, click here to buy it for £4.99 from Play.com. The same retailer also has the XBox 360 release (click here) at the same price, or the PlayStation 3 (click here) version for £5.99.
