The sad death of rally driver Colin McRae in 2007 left the future of the gaming series that bares his name in doubt – however it was decided to carry on in his memory, and Colin McRae: DiRT 2 serves as a fitting tribute to one of the best racers this country has ever seen.

Nintendo console titles differ from the others in that they have been built from the ground up to utilise their unique capabilities. This also means that on the DS you can use the stylus to draw your own tracks in the editor mode, and on the Wii you can compete with three other players in split-screen family party action.
