How much do I love Guitar Hero, let me count the ways… I’m not going to do that, as I’d be here all day (and I’d bore you half to death in the process) - what I will say that it’s one of the best series of games in quite some time.
The basic premise behind the game is to strum along in time to the music, just as you would with a real guitar - except that this one doesn’t have strings, but buttons instead.
Guitar Hero III: Legends Of Rock is the latest in the series (well technically Guitar Hero: Aerosmith is, but hey ho!) and is available for £44.71 instore at Tesco. The good news is that it comes with a wireless guitar, the better news is that this price is valid for all console releases (PlayStation 3, XBox 360 and Wii).
UPDATE: The PlayStation 2 version is also available for the same price.

1I’ve wanted this game for a while and was finally able to afford it at HMV but it’s still being “ordered from supplier” and could take 3 weeks.
I’ve checked the Tesco website and only the PS2 version is less than £45. Is the website wrong or is it definitely this price but only displayed in-store?
