The Darkness 2 Description
Based on the supernatural horror comic book series by Top Cow Productions, Inc, The Darkness II is the follow-up to the best selling 2007 game, The Darkness. Two years after Jackie Estacado – wielder of ‘The Darkness’, an ancient and ruthless force of chaos and destruction – used his powers to kill those responsible for his girlfriend’s death, he has become Don of the Franchetti family. Since then he has tried to suppress his supernatural forces, but now The Darkness wants release.
When an unexpected attempt is made on Jackie’s life, orchestrated by an unknown force, a full-on mob war kicks-off opening the way for The Darkness to resurface. Taking him on a trip to hell and back, Jackie uncovers the reason for the attack and the mystery of his supernatural power.
This action thriller will let you slice, snatch and hurl objects at your enemies, whilst firing two different weapons at the same time. Battle through a game that manifests powers in the dark, and that has an intensive and twisted storyline, set in a stylish graphic-noir style, that is true to its comic book roots. The co-op made lets you play as one of 4 characters, each with their own special weapons. The Darkness II Limited Edition game includes;
