Everyone's favourite plumber and his friends returns as Mario & Sonic head for the Olympic Games 2012 in London in this family mini-sports and games challenge arrives exclusively for the Wii Console. November 18 sees the release of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, the next in the long line of mini games, where various familiar characters compete in a huge number of fun events and sports in the setting of the London 2012 Olympic games.
Set around famous London Landmarks, you can join team Mario or Team Sonic and compete against friends or family members in multiplayer mode and use your skill with the Wii Remote to determine how fast or how good you are at your chosen event. Olympic events to choose from include anything from the 100m dash to gymnastics, with various olympic sports such as table tennis, swimming, soccer and conoeing if this takes your fancy.
There's also special features such as London Party Mode where you compete for stickers in various events against friends in multiplayer mode to see who is the top Olympian amongst you. These mini games are all based around famous London landmarks to add that extra bit of spice and entertainment to the fun.
